At Jessluvhair, we’re committed to delivering your hair with speed, care, and reliability. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, so you can shop with peace of mind.
🚚 Free Express Shipping
We offer free international express shipping on all human hair orders (excluding remote area surcharges). Please note: accessories like satin bonnets or elastic bands cannot be shipped alone—they must be included with a hair product order.
⏱️ Processing Time
Most wigs require 1–2 weeks of processing time.
For specific timelines, please refer to the product page for each item.
All orders undergo strict quality checks before shipping to ensure premium standards.
⚡ Expedited Shipping Methods
We ship primarily through DHL or FedEx, depending on your location. Estimated delivery time is:
3–7 business days for most countries.
7–10 business days for some EU regions (via GES, DPEX-Royal).

❗ No PO Boxes or Military Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
🌍 Customs & Taxes
Shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
Orders are typically declared as “Synthetic Hair” or “Sample” at a low value to help reduce fees.
Customs policies vary—please check with your local customs office for accurate info.

❌ Please do not refuse delivery or return packages due to duties. Any extra charges from rejection or return are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages
We strongly recommend selecting the “Sign for Delivery” option to ensure secure receipt of your package. We ship to the exact address provided during checkout and are not responsible for losses due to unattended delivery authorization (e.g., leaving the parcel at your door or yard).
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your item, contact us within 7 days. Carriers do not accept investigations after that window.
🔁 Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please remember that total delivery time includes both the processing period and the shipping duration.
