Return & Exchange Policy – Jessluvhair

At Jessluvhair, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know online shopping can sometimes be tricky, and we want you to love every purchase without the stress. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to make your experience smooth and worry-free.


Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of receiving your full order.

Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged—with original packaging and accessories included.

If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other reasons, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


🔄 How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team at jess@jessluvhair.com
Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization & Return Address from our team.
(Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.)

Step 3: Ship the item to the provided address and share the tracking number with us.
Make sure your order number is written on the package for easy identification.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email and begin processing your refund or exchange.


💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after the return is approved.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few more days for the refund to reflect in your account.
